Reflections
Dr Hayati commented that my visual design moodboard is quite okay, however she suggested to look into more references that are more into character design, as my references were mainly interior design pictures. I then found pictures that seemed more suitable for my topic.
I had several pages already laid out, but I did not have enough for the entire dissertation yet. Dr Hayati commented that my choice of color palette was suitable and so I did not make any changes regarding that.
My page layouts had many visual elements which consisted of Roman and Greek statues which shows off the human figure, however Dr Hayati asked whether it was relevant to my topic and suggested that I try to find elements that suit better. I later changed the statues to video game characters.
As the video game characters are by other artists, I decided to redraw all of the characters I used in order to maintain some amount of originality and aesthetic. Dr Hayati mentioned that I should refer to Pinterest, so I did that this round.
Dr Hayati pointed out minor corrections such as text alignment and text size, and there is not much else other than that. I corrected them in due time.
